Sooooo WOW I ordered on-line and phoned this store with a concern and they were extremely kind and very helpful - I told them I lived 50 miles away & it wasn’t even their order/sale and they addressed the issue - their in-person shopping experience must be super! DO IT RIGHT has become my go-to hardware supplier and I will make a trip to shop at their store. ...
