Excellent staff from Manager position to Delivery personnel. We have been customers for over 3 years. My husband William was actually the one who begin our experience with American Rentals...He went there because I fell in love with a beautiful sectional couch. My sectional was delivered promptly the following day..I was so excited and right then I knew that American Rentals must of had some of the most friendly amd professional people I have come to know. What started with my sectional 3 years ago REMAIMS THE BEST SERVICE OF ANY BUSINESS WE HAVE Experienced. Even when our automobile was broke down..One of the personnel would make a special trip to come to me and collect payments or even to help with my daughters new Apple I pad...Really??Where can you honestly get service like that?? After having a horrendous experience at another rental company in town, Mrs. Sloce came to our rescue. My husband was having difficulties after being in the heat and she let him sit and cool down. Her first concern was people first.

All of her staff were courteous and helpful. They had a nice selection for what was there but was more than willing to travel to another store to get what we needed.

Furthermore, the process was easy and quick. She explained everything perfectly and even got us same day delivery. This is how you do customer service. We would recommend them to anyone and will be returning customers. Thank you for going to extra mile and showing us that good people do...

I have been doing business with this company when it was call Zion when my son was 4yrs old and he is 41 now. I love this store is a blessing for people like myself who can make monthly payments.
