My husband & blgs took me for Breakfast at Huddle House in Pennington. When we first got there at wasn't busy at all, we ordered our food, & watched group after group come in after us & get thier fkod before is. It literally took us well over an hour to receive our food, my blys hadn't ate all day and this was supposed to be thier breakfast. Apparently the waited didn't turn our ticket in after talking our order. When we finally got out food it was cold, and then we still didn't receive all the food we had ordered, so we waited again. After we finally got to eat my husband paid the bill, only to notice that they over charged us. I told them & showed them the recipet. They said they had canceled the transaction & the money would be put back on my card but I had to pay again. So I did. Almost two weeks later the $50 has not been added back on top my card and I can't even got ahold of someone to talk to because they won't answer thier phone. We love a half an hour away so I now have to make a special trip just to talk to someone. This place used to be our favorite but lately the food & service has just been horrible! If I could I'd give them.no stars... And instead of the waiter being concerned about my babies not having thier food yet he was to biay talking to the people at the tablets bride us. His excuse was they were busy, they weren't that busy only half the seats were full & what was the excuse for the other tables getting others getting thier food after coming in after us!! I'm very...

I kindly asked the waitress to ask him to wash his hands and she didnt. I asked several times for him to wash his hands before I loudly said it to where everyone can hear me. He rolled his eyes once he heard me tell him that. Well they told us 20 minutes so we waited outside. We went back in 20 minutes later to get our order they gave us 4 big bags. We assumed everything was in there. We get.back to my house and 4 biscuits and gravy's from our MVP breakfast was missing! Plus one of them had a HAIR in the hashbrowns and eggs. So we go back and the dude was still playing with his hair!!!! He was not at all concerned that his hair playing is not appropriate for restaurant standards. (I use to run a restaurant) he then proceeds to continue to play with his hair all the way to the back where he went and pretty much hid while his 2 coworkers PROPERLY made our food. If you are going to be nasty in a kitchen don't work in a kitchen. I will not be back to huddle house anytime soon. The cameras need to be checked and the guy needs to be reprimanded in some way. Make him take a food safety course something. All I know is playing with your hair over food and not washing your hands and purposely doing so is not the ways to behave in a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNice store, location and staff. Could at times be cleaner but nothing a quick wipe down can't solve. Bathroom has always been clean and usable but I've only used it probably half a dozen times since they've opened though. Staff is polite, kind, courteous and respectful... for the most part. They could've been more attentive some of the times but overall attentive and polite. I know we can't help the way we look but appearances could've been better some of the time... maybe I have too high of a standard though. I just like the staff to appear to have clean clothing (note they do get dirty at work and can't help that) clean looking hair and nails without having sores on their arms would be just great too. I understand some ppl don't shower as much or wash their hair everytime the shower or bathe but still. Oily unkempt and or hair not being put back and secured is not good. What's also not the best is that one staff member seems to have sores or something on her arms. Idk if its due to medical reasons or if she's gotten them working on something else other than HH. Not the biggest deal bc she seemed clean and experienced but the sores and bandaids were a...
