Jim's New & Used Furniture & Appliances — Local services in Pensacola

Now I've purchased several items from Jim's and they're always professional and courteous. They have signs asking people not to climb, sit, stand, lean against, or play on their furniture which I love. They are reasonably priced and will deliver the furniture at a reasonable price. Their items are always sturdy and in good condition. You don't feel like you were husled or swindled when dealing with them. I have purchased a day bed with the extra pull out mattress (used, but in excellent condition and at a fair price) from them, 2 dresser drawers (brand new and the knobs and screws weren't attached, but were plastic bags within the drawers) from them, and most recently a living room 3 piece set from them ( brand new still wrapped in plastic with legs in bags [ a couch, loveseat, and chair]),and a King sized mattress with box springs (new). I love all of my furniture from them. The delivery guys Cody Ray and Joseph were awesome. They carefully and gently handled our belongings when they were removing them from the truck and placing them in our home. They unwrapped it all for us, put the legs on the furniture, and offered to set it up however I liked, but I was undecided at the time on how I wanted everything and declined. You don't really get good service like that anymore. I was so appreciative I tipped them $20 each. They are now and probably will always be my go to place for furniture. Oh and I forgot I got 4 shadow boxes for my bathroom from them too for $1.00 a piece and they were perfect for my bathroom. So if you're looking for nice furniture at a decent price with superb customer service, definitely check them out. By the way the cushions on the couch are fine. I recently moved here and was looking for new furniture. Came across Jim's furniture. I decided to go into store and take a look.i was really amazed bye how friendly everyone was.carolann waited on us and asked what our wants where.once we decided ,she went above and beyond her job to get us what we wanted1.Her personality was truly amazing.she really care about eveeyone who walks thru that door.i would recommend Jim's to everyone I know.carolann thanks again for all of your help.we will definitely be shopping there again. Carol-Ann met us and showed us around. She greeted us like long-lost family, i.e., she was friendly and made us feel welcome. Though not top end, the selection was varied and the prices extremely affordable. Kinda sad about the "no refunds/no exchanges" policy.

Hey...if you need some inexpensive, yet nice furniture, give this place a try. Their used items fit the description of the word "eclectic."
