For the same reason Ray Evans and Johnny Bower stated. The people were nice enough, if not very helpful. I pulled into the recieving drive and saw a sign saying shipping was on Morgan Street. So I backed out. (That drive was actually wide enough to turn around in, we're it not for the temporary Jersey wall they had erected. So one COULD choose instead to move the barriers and turn around there.) I drove around to the shipping gate and pulled up to the gate, finding the paper sign previously mentioned. This drive was NOT wide enough to turn around in, and Morgan Street is much busier than Indian Avenue. Furthermore, the landscaping significantly reduces visibility to see what's coming down the road. Got in the recieving gate and dropped my trailer. My pickup was not ready and I was told to go get something to eat (had just eaten in Fontana, so I just went to the nearby "travel center".) They said I could check back at about 5:00- that was the earliest it would be ready. But when I asked for the phone number, they couldn't give it to me! The number I got from Dispatch is the same number listed on Google maps, which is in Massachusetts. That number rings to an online order department, which is no help. I recently ordered a wooden playhouse for my 3-year-old daughter from Wayfair for $79. She was so excited when I told her she was getting it! But a few days later, Wayfair canceled my order, claiming it was āno longer available.ā
At first, I thought it was an honest mistakeāuntil I found the exact same playhouse still for sale under a different name! Same dimensions, same design, same "PLAY HOUSE V.B.V." logo, but now listed as a different product.

If Wayfair had listed it at a higher price initially, I would have told my daughter no, we canāt afford it. But because I thought we got a deal, I said yesāand now they just cancel my order and relist the same thing.
This feels dishonest and like bait-and-switch pricing. I reached out to customer service, but they didnāt provide a real explanation. I wonāt be shopping here again unless they resolve this. Be careful when orderingāWayfair might cancel your ādealā and resell the same item at a higher price!
