One of the few places you can take live birds and have them butchered in Missouri. Everything is USDA inspected. For the price it is well worth not doing it yourself. They do a better job than I ever could and I don’t smell like dead chicken for 3 days after. If you have your birds cut up with boneless skinless breast make sure to get your carcass bones back for making soup. These people are great to work with.
For the people who complain about the price on some of their products need to understand what it takes to raise great tasting, healthy, safe food. If you want cheap pork from a factory farm go to the big box store. If you want quality with a great taste go here.
