Cimarron Travel Plaza OnCue — Local services in Perry

I stop here as often as I can when traveling nearby. Their staff is kind and the store is clean. I am a truck driver, so I stop here for the discounted fuel(Fleet One Fuel Card) and for the perks from using my Ambucks frequent fueler card. I don't remember ever waiting in line to get Fuel and usually they have a gentleman that offers to fuel your truck and clean your windows for you while you go inside(full service.) They ALWAYS have available spaces to park in the large lot. The showers are only $8 or free if you fueled up with at least 75 gallons. They have hot roller grill items, food aisles and also Dairy Queen and Subway to choose from. The store also has a good sized retail section with knickknack items, trucking items and also t-shirts, etc. Outside, they have a popular "dog park" to let your pet burn off some energy before getting on the road again. I’m giving this place a full 5 stars. But, as an OTR trucker there’s something i very much dislike about going here. They have full service diesel pumps. I really REALLY don’t need some kid coming out and pumping fuel for me. I alway feel like I owe them a tip or something, so I never fuel here anymore. Leave me alone, I’m fully capable of pumping my own fuel. I also don’t need the Gestapo eyeballing me if I decide to go in and spend money inside your store. This place never gets even half full of trucks overnight, and I can pretty much guarantee you this is a big part of why. I doubt I ever seen more than 2 trucks fueling here at once. Meanwhile just down the street Loves has 10 trucks waiting in line to fuel at the same time. Do yourself a favor, get rid of the full service fuel islands and watch your sales soar as the word eventually gets out to other truckers. Otherwise it’s actually a...

Great place easy in and out for big trucks RVs . Clean inside and out. BIG PLUS. Full service for fuel on big rigs they fill your tanks while you go get what you need from inside and pick up fuel ticket. Has subway and DQ. But the best part is the dog park ... Didn't have a problem with me pulling my big truck over to the dog park so I could let the girls have free time out of the truck. They were so happy to get off their leashes and roam free.
