My father desperately needed a new couch and me and my daughters wanted to help him purchase a new one. I talked him into just visiting Hometown Furniture because we would need to get something locally, and also needed it to work for him. Plus I live long distance in Augusta, Georgia He finally visited Hometown and fell in love with this Ashley Biscoe sofa. It was perfect for him but it did exceed our ideal budget. How could we not get this for him? We pulled the trigger and ordered it for him. I called the store and worked with Brenna to get it paid for and ordered. Brenna was lovely to work with and it was a pleasure working with that team. They made sure to ensure that things went off without a hitch and helped us deliver and take away the old piece. Brandi at the Perry Store is such a pleasure to work with. When we bought our new home in 2019, we bought a new washer and dryer set with extended warranties. We have had to utilize that warranty a couple of times over the past several years. Recently, our washer and dryer needed repairs and the warranty company chose to issue full credits towards a new set. Today, they delivered our new LG set & the delivery guys did a great job. They were friendly, called ahead with an eta and were right on time. They were courteous and answered all my questions. They were very professional during the installation process. Every time I go into hometown furniture I am amazed with the quality of the furniture, and the women and owner whom work there are amazing by far, always helpful and informative, treat you like family. Their flooring department is separate from the hometown furniture but in the same building just in the back, I went to hometown furniture for some Vinyl flooring, brandy had been so helpful in finding the thickness of the board and trying to match it, the owner took my old board I pulled out and brought in, turns out the one we all chose is the EXACT same flooring that I have.!
