The last time that my husband and I went there, the service was abysmal and that’s putting it mildly. There was maybe five tables occupied with customers, including myself and my husband. The weight staff were all standing around by the kitchen chitchatting after about 10 minutes, our server finally came over to ask us what we would like to drink. Eventually, he brought over the drinks and the menus. About 5 to 7 minutes later, our waiter finally meander over to our table. He took our order and took the menus and turned in our order. When our food was finally brought out to us, it was cold, our waiter never stopped back by to see if we needed anything or if the food was OK. to say that we were highly disappointed in the service we received as well as the food is a huge understatement. My husband and I have told people to not go to this restaurant based on the service, or lack there of that we received and how terrible the food was. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that there wouldn’t be one back in until 3 PM. I called 315 that same day to speak with a manager, and the manager was nowhere to be found. My husband and I will not go back and will encourage others to...

My wife and I drove 40 minutes to come here for their margarita happy hour. When we arrived, we had to wait to be seated for quite some time. When the server finally came up to us to ask what we would like to drink, we told him the Happy Hour margaritas. He said no, because happy hour ended 4 minutes ago! After waiting to be sat, then waiting for our server to ask for our order it ended up being 7:04PM and the server wouldn't budge. So we asked a different employee and he said no as well. If this place is going to be like that then we will never return! Also, some people might be like .. "well it's not their fault, the system might not allow them to put in that special after 7:00." That is not the case. The server just gave us a receipt after our meal for "open food." So they didn't even put anything in the system. Don't waste your time here. From now on I'll spend those extra 4 mins and go to the Mexican place down the street!! The food was bland, chips were stale and the manager grabbed a cup for the customer and dunked his hand in the ice box to fill the cup with ice. That is a HUGE NO NO in the service industry. That is how...

My experience at this restaurant was truly remarkable. Before stepping in, it's important to embrace the beautiful cultural difference that shines through, especially if you don't speak Spanish. This unique characteristic adds a special charm to the place. Patience and kindness are key, as the staff here are incredibly warm-hearted and eager to assist. When I tipped, I was met with genuine gratitude, a testament to their hard work and deep desire to succeed. They deserve to thrive because they are good, hardworking people.

Throughout my visit, I witnessed strong leadership, genuine camaraderie, and a palpable sense of teamwork. The restaurant’s design is intriguing and captivating, blending country contemporary elements with a touch of South American flair. This blend of styles reflects their effort to connect with the local community while honoring their roots. It’s refreshing to see a space that doesn’t strictly follow conventional design rules but instead tells a story of bridging cultural gaps.

In their unique design, you’ll find American contemporary touches, simple Southern-style hanging art, and pieces that speak to their heritage. This blend creates a beautiful, harmonious environment that feels welcoming and authentic.

I pray that the Lord blesses this establishment with prosperity today and for the next hundred years. May they continue to spread the joy and unity they’ve cultivated within their team and contribute. Next I will type this in Spanish so they can read and understand what I'm saying however language is never perfect when trying to describe an idea from Spanish to English

After two days of driving interstates home from visiting family/friends in Texas we got bored and decided to jump of the highway and do some backroad traveling in Florida the remaining hours..... After two hours we started searching for a place to eat and with this being our first time in any of these areas we didn't have a clue where to stop but when we spotted the sign out front we were hooked..... Taco Emergency!! Once inside we met the colorful characters working inside and that's when we decided to eat and hang out... We were damn glad we did! Great and i mean food tonight and we keft full and hit the road with the truck being powered by refried beans...... If you are ever anywhere near this joint throttle down and pull in..... The bar is separated from the restaurant so the kids are kept out... Pool tables and music.......

We had my mom's 75th birthday celebration there. Everyone thought the other had made reservations for our party of 14 but nobody did. We showed up without reservations on Cinco De Mayo, of all days! Immediately they happily fixed an area to accommodate all of us. All of our food came out at the same time and we delicious, as usual. When we'd finished eating, they brought out the cupcakes we'd given them to hold when we arrived and several of the workers all sang Happy Birthday to my mother. It was a lovely experience for all! Thank you Casa Grande for making Mom's birthday celebration so nice!

First off. We ate at the BBQ place they also own. Was so delicious. Then they said they owned the Mexican restaurant also. So it was a no-brainer to try this place since we've been to the BBQ place a couple of times. We walked in, and Payton took care of us right away. I had the Chimichanga. Hubby had the chicken enchilada. Both had a margarita. Everything was so delicious. Just like the BBQ place. Wound up taking half of it home. We met the owner Martin when he came to our table. I don't know how we'll be trying other places here, being that we love both of these places. Will be back.
