I know, I know you-all probably want to thank me…I can hear the hand claps (joke) because once again, I took the COWARD’S way out and bought more BBs for rifles I have.

If I could I’d give a negative 5 stars. I used to work in a gun shop similar to it, but after actually buying a gun from Keystone, I’m never stepping foot in there again. Paid $899 for a Winchester 70 in fair condition with a Vortex scope. (Pretty high, I figured prices changed the 2 years I was out of the gun business but my own fault there.) When I went to sight it in, it was spraying bullets everywhere and I even had a couple other people try and no one could get consecutive shots in the same area on paper. When I went back and told Keystone it couldn’t shoot consistently and that I wanted to sell or trade up with it they wouldn’t touch it. I lowballed them knowing they have to make a profit and asked $375 for it and they told me they “wouldn’t dream of giving that much for it.” Apparently it sat for “forever” and they basically wouldn’t stand behind one of their guns. They sure sold it in a hurry though. NEVER....

When you need archery work done and you have to deal w Randy in their pro shop be prepared to be treated and spoken to like an incompetent person. Ryan is great to deal w however that is about it. Last year a relative also had them "put on" a ordered in crossbow string and when he got it back my 8yr old son could probably cock it himself w his hands. We shot it through my crono and it was shooting 255fps (when its supposed to be 420). He took it back up to keystone and was argued w there when he told them what they had done to it and said to them that the string is wrong. They said they had a string oddly for his crossbow back in the back for some reason. They installed the correct string and the issue was resolved. Case and point, if youre not going to have Ryan work on your archery equipment then take it somewhere else. Plenty of other places will treat you like a decent person and act like they want and deserve...
