Went there the 1st time it was good. I got a full set, pedi for myself and daughter. Paid $145 plus $10 tip. So the 2nd time for my fill I went back, and requested the same guy who did my nails the 1st time. I waited 45 mins. A guys calls me to the back To get my nails done by someone else. I politely asked for the same guy again. Because of my experience with him. He then tells him me he didn’t want to do my nails. 😳 This is by far the worst customer service ever. Then his excuse and reason is we offered you the lady. I said if he wasn’t available then you could have said that, when I walked in when I initially asked for him. Instead of rudely telling me he didn’t want to do my nails, and him refusing. This is beyond crazy. How do you try to force me to get my nails done by someone I’ve never experienced?. I’m a paying customer it makes no sense. All is well though I will not be returning, and will happily take my money elsewhere. I have been coming here a couple of months and love my nails every time; however, the customer service is HORRIBLE. Last time I went, Henry did not use similar glitter colors as the picture I showed him so I got Jennifer to change them while she did my design. Well the next time I came, they let someone I was there before go in front of me because Henry was being petty and didn't want to do my nails. I was very upset because I always liked his work. He shouldn't be allowed to refuse service for something so minor. Kevin told me that I "can't make him do my nails if he doesn't want to". The first time I went I LOVED IT. I don't know the guys name who did my nails, but he shaped them (coffin) PERFECTLY, a very nice fill job, not too thick and he took his time, plus I had gel polish removal and got new gel polish applied. I was very happy. This time when I went, though, I'm not sure what happened. The girl must still be learning, because I've got thick bubbles in several places. The paint job was executed PERFECTLY and she did a good job on a nail repair, but I had to file down the underside of the corners myself.
