This company is owned by two of the most reliable people that I know. They are not only a great family owned company, but they are also a company that values their customers and treat them as more than that. I really appreciate how they look out, not only for your needs... but your wants as well. Their service, along with their products make their company one that cannot be matched. I really appreciate how they came to our rescue when we needed them last minute for a party in which we didn’t even think could happen. If you want a worry free, stress-free bounce house and/or party rentals I would recommend them over and over again. Did I mention they are licensed and Vets?!?! I've rented from 512Bounce before and had a great experience, but this time they truly went above and beyond. I called last minute—just the week of the event—and not only were they able to accommodate us with the 18ft double lane Blue Crush slide, but they delivered it during the rain and still made it happen!

Despite the weather and challenges finding the right setup spot, the crew worked incredibly hard to get everything in place. They were completely drenched but remained so kind, professional, and accommodating the entire time.

I have not rented anything from 512 Bounce, but the next time I get a bounce house I will. I talked to the owner (sorry I am bad with names) twice. The first time I talked to him he gave me very good advice, and told me what to look for when finding a bounce house. I went with another compay that was licensed and well reviewed, because I thought they had a bounce house that fit our needs better. There was a miscommunication between us, which left me looking for a bounce house the day before my kid’s birthday party.
