Some of the freezer were so warm the frozen goods were slushy. They used to be a very good place to purchase ethnic staples, but have shifted to something resembling an even lower quality Redners. They were out of several Hispanic products and much of the produce was significantly beyond the peak of ripeness. The bulk items were stacked in such a way as to make them nearly possible to rotate, and indeed the bags of rice I could see were dust coated. While all of the women working in the deli area had their hair well protected, the men had nothing covering their beards. The only reason I gave the store two stars was a couple of helpful stock-kids who tried to aid me in finding some ingredients that the store ended up not having. The management was less then interested in helping, preferring to check their phones and stare at the young women. All in all a very unpleasant experience, and a store to which my wife and I will not...

If i can give it less I would most staff are helpful others just be busy talking when they should be doing there jobs I was 8 and half months pregnant and because the staff was busy talking like it was social hour I literally fell over a puddle of water that could've been cleaned up because it was literally infront of the door when you are walking out one of the staff members was so busy talking to a cashier instead of putting a the warning sign or cleaning it up, he was literally right infront of the puddle but failed to clean up because he was all in the cashiers face he claimed he didn't see it until he notice me trying to get up from the floor. if I would've had to go to the hospital they would've had a big lawsuit on there hands. Never had a problem with their products but after that incident they lost me...

This place is okay for your goya products It has some okay deals but some of the managers just sit up front can be lazy and I feel at times they can be way too hard on the staff / cashier's they have had wrong prices on things & they won't want to honor it but it's clean for the most part they have new shopping carts now & they're is on manger that I can say he does do a great job with the people & goes above & beyond I don't know his name but I know he always has his Gun on his clothes that's the only way I can describe him but it's on a holster not in a way he is trying to scare you he is always helpful and helping many of the other bosses are rude whenever you ask questions or think we all on food stamps and treats you less.... They do have fresh warm Spanish bread every day...
