This place is the most ghetto Taco Bell ever in North Philly they’re so horrible they’re dirty they don’t care about the customers they forget your order they don’t get it completely they give you your food cold they make you wait almost a half hour so then get your food wrong and have food missing the employees there are so disrespectful and rude I was trying to get a status on my order and he told me I’m off the clock lady with a nasty attitude and then another employee try to give me someone else’s food I was nice enough to tell him no that’s not mine and he had an attitude and said to me so you didn’t order chicken tenders with a nasty attitude and I said no I don’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone I have no idea why this building is still standing it makes no sense to even have a company like this running in this fashion This is all unacceptable behavior unacceptable customer service this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life I would never...

I usually doN'T take my time to make reviews, but due to the bad experience I had in this establishment, it forces me to do so. They have very bad communication, my order was incomplete and even though I respectfully asked the young man to please review it, he acted with a lot of attitude and told me what I was talking about, that the order was complete. my order was 1 Craving Chalupa box 3 crispy tacos 1 Chessy Bean and Rice Burrito from which I only received 3 tacos 1 burrito but not the one I ordered 1 Chalupa and 1 soft taco If the owners of establishments and everyonelse who reads this, knows that the order was not complete. Despite all the trouble they also refused to give me a receipt for my purchase. Horrible. Drive thru person was so nasty. I order 2 tacos next time am going to look at them before I pulled off I had a pinch of meat, cheese and lettuce they could of kept that. My daughters meal was so salty. I can’t stand when you go to these fast food restaurants and they are so nasty with you, for what? As much as I love tacos I’ll make them myself next time.
