I bought a 2024 Tacoma sr5 and every time I bring it in to get serviced there seems to be another issue every time the first time they didn’t change the oil after watching the service lady write it down everything I wanted done even after leaving the truck for 3 hours and all that was done was tire rotation then the second time it was the oil once again they didn’t change the oil after watching once more the lady write down everything I wanted done and then after finally getting my truck done after them pulling it into the shop 2 different times the tech had oil all over my truck inside and out then this last time my girlfriend took it because I was at work she took it for a oil change and tire rotation and I had a maintenance required code in my truck and the day before I set up a appointment for my truck to get serviced and tire rotation and something with the cupholder and had the lady on the phone repeat it back to me after what I wanted done to be sure she has it down and then the day my girlfriend brings it up there she waiting for a hour and a half and then gets back into the truck with the maintenance code gone but the oil sticker was still at 15k instead of 20k and keep in mind she was told by the lady at the desk the oil change, cupholder, and the tire rotation was done and I know one of the Technicians up there and I called him joking about the sticker about him forgetting it and joking with him but then he tells me what sticker I said my oil change he says there was no oil change so I was starting to get mad and then he tells me he cleared the codes as he was told so turns out no oil change was done and they cleared the codes so I guess if I went over the miles and no codes popped up and the motor went out I guess it’s no big deal I’ve had nothing but problems with docs Toyota I’ve tried to tell the lady this every time but this is the last time this is...
Read moreThere a deep disappointment with this dealership parts customer service. I ordered a part from the parts department. First time I called JOHN told me I had to have a VIN number so he could make sure I got the right part for my vehicle. Ok Second call JOHN takes the VIN # & orders my part, tells me that he'll call be in a week (that's usually how long it takes for the part to come in). A week goes by and I end up calling jOHN. He tells me he forgot to tell me the company informed him the part was not in stock & they'll have to special order it . Check back in another week. Well , that's it. No results. I've called JOHN back in that week & I only get john's voicemail in the parts dept. I had even contacted the customer service rep. She said they're probably very busy over there. Well he wasn't too busy to give me two excuses that led to nowhere. Then she say s is this your name on the caller ID? I give him the message to call you . Well evidentally JOHN has caller Id also because I 've made about 6 or 7 attempts plus the message she was supposed to give JOHN and no results. if this is yall's example of good customer service I don't see how you guys got the good customer review. Read moreGreat experience so far. Was working with another dealership to get the vehicle we wanted, but the attitude of the finance manager left a lot to be desired. He was pushy and rude, even implying that we couldn’t afford the vehicle we wanted because we simply asked for time to explore our own finance options for a better interest rate. I was lamenting this experience to my nail tech and he said, “call Doc’s.” I went online and saw y’all had or were allocated the exact vehicle and color combination I wanted. I submitted an online info form, Gerad called me within 15 minutes. He found out that y’all were indeed allocated exactly what I wanted. We were able to work the entire deal over the phone to include a deposit. My only concern is that I’m 9 mos pregnant and have an induction scheduled for around the same time the vehicle is supposed to arrive. Gerad said, “no problem! We can deliver it to you!” Definitely world class customer service. It is good enough that I’ll even drive the extra distance for any service I need rather than go to our local dealership.
