BAD EXPERIENCE.. I had order a sectional from these place. they gave me a delivery date for a Wednesday so three days past and I still didn’t get my delivery all types of excuses and they are not organized never wants to return your phone call or message They’re gonna come on a Friday. They send one guy out one guy to do delivery and set up. the guy didn’t even know how to set up the sectional , my boyfriend had to help him out with the delivery and set up and we pay for delivery and set up so we called the owner or whoever he is about this situation to get half or some of the money we pay for them to deliver and do the set up but he so call he was hopping in the plane at the time so he couldn’t talk mind you he was out when I waited for my delivery as well.and there was a damaged one of the couch pillow it was stuck to the sectional and ended with two small holes smh I would never order anything from here again and would never recommend anyone there are so unprofessional..is Monday and still waiting for the owner to call about these situation smh I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you don’t...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! They stole a money order of mine, washed it, and made a payment to a cargo company (literally have all the proof in black and white) clearly they rob you for your money. I called and spoke with a women names Trisha who said she would call back after she spoke with her manager. It’s been 2 weeks so I figured I call back. She answered and said she spoke with her manager who said “they don’t know anything about that) then hung up after I asked them for an email address to send them the proof. Clearly they’re guilty just from hanging up. It’s not even like I was yelling and screaming .. I was nothing but calm to her, and I was willing to talk things out with her and the manager..But it’s ok, this will be delt with and karma always comes around :) .. take this review with a grain of salt because clearly they rob people for their money .. they stole a money order that was supposed to go to someone important… imagine what they do with getting more money out of...

Save your time and money The owner made me feel very uncomfortable as soon as I walked in the store A group of men all staring at you the owner called me BABY the entire time seemed desperate just to make a sale. I went home and I tried to make a purchase over the phone instead of the store because of him making me feel uncomfortable in person and he seemed like he didn’t wanna help me just because I only needed to order a bed from him because I ordered everything else at another furniture store but save your money and go to leagacy furniture on Allegheny ave ask for jack they don’t charge tax you pay the exact price and they price match from other stores and u only pay delivery and there very respectful and professional made me feel very comfortable.
