Where do i even start.. I came there on the 20th of May for someone to repair my phone screen. They said it was going to be 50 or 60 dollars then in the moment and then i pay the rest later. So i went home and asked my dad for the money to go do so. $60 INSTEAD of $50. I though maybe the $10 more would ensure that the job was done right with no shortcuts.... Anyways i came back and payed them. Then when the time came around for me to pick it up, they put the wrong screen on my phone. It still has the issues it did before. It stutters and when i press things nothing happens. Then i DONT press things and it clicks on them randomly. I literally just held the phone while it was on the home screen and youtube opened up. And when im typing this review in this exact moment, the screen is causing our blems. And thats typo (our blems instead of problems) wasnt me. That was the phone screen doing its "job".

Listen. I know if nobody else sees this review, you indubitably will. Get your act together. I understand that you have absolutely zero sense of objective morality but when you see an objectively bad thing, dont use that bad thing. Go find a crommulent thing and use that instead. When i said that phone screen was the wrong screen and you showed me the box, bro. You see this with weed all the time. People will put something on a pack like "the best weed ever" and you open it up and its absolute garbage. I doubt you know that but you should be able to see the picture im trying to paint here.

You have a phone. If you somehow broke your phone screen, would you use an amazon screen to replace it or would you use an apple certified screen?

Like i said. I understand the fact you two have no sense of objective morality, but before you get someone wealthier than me come in and sue you because you gave the same treatment you gave me, do better.

Youve lasted this long. Clearly something is keeping your business afloat. But with a "repair" like this coming out from your doors, it clearly aint from these. The cash that keeps your business going clearly isnt comin from repairs.

Do not I repeat, DO NOT BRING YOUR ELECTRONICS TO THIS LOCATION ! They had my laptop for more than a week only for them to return it back to me with damages and it not being able to even charge and I never had that problem prior to me bringing it there and had the nerves to still want a payment and only offered a $10 discount from a total of $200 initially for the damages. Beyond livid and upsetting smh. You try to give people business with the hopes that they do a good job when you go to retrieve your item/s only to find out it the actual opposite. Very disappointing but trust with this type of experience i’m sure their business will not prosper. Customer service in regards to resolving the issue was poor telling a customer that they can leave their laptop to be repaired after already having it for more than a week is not a solution. Instead of sending my HP laptop to HP to get fixed they sent it to Acer Computer Diagnose. Deal with this location at your own risk. The weed aroma should’ve been enough of a red flag for me not to mention them asking for me to give my password to my laptop when they weren’t working on anything that...

My sons iPad was jacked up bad, cracked screen, bent frame and wobbly home button AND battery died fast, throw the whole iPad away! But bc it was a newer model I wanted to fix it. Funny bc I was calling stores looking for Nintendo wires when I called this place and they said they didn’t sell those, but they do fix screens if I needed my screen fixed, and I thought to myself like actually yea. I do need a screen fixed. So they fixed my iPad screen back in August and it’s been working great ever since. Recently my son stepped on it soooo I’m bringing it back to get fixed by them again and bringing in my MacBook this time bc he stepped on my MacBook too.
