Sunshine Market — Local services in Philadelphia

I came here specifically for one item. However before making my visit I was chatting online via Facebook with whom I assume was the Store Manager Ray. I planned a weekend in advance and visited with my mom. I was able to get the specific item I was looking for that was no longer carried in my previously shopped supermarkets. From the deli, to the aisle's and the final stop at the cashier's stations everyone was very nice and the store was very clean. I love that they carry my one item I was searching for, as well as the Philadelphia Water Ice tubs and my mom and I's favorite turkey bacon. I met the Store Manager's brother on the way out, and had told him to notify his brother of my satisfaction with their store. And as previously warned, as long as they carry my favorite item they will see me again. Thank you for your customer service, and everyone whom I met that day who had greeted me with a smile. Ok so here's the thing, I had been doing the home delivery service from cousins for a while however their service their customer service and their food quality is the worst. I was so tired of them, I could barely understand what they were saying when they answered the telephone and as far as Halal goes, let me just say that is highly questionable. Sunshine is way better!! They are not even in the same category!!! Sunshine is well spoken over the phone, the customer service is a plus, I love how Stacey and the other lady who does phone service are so polite and through, for me it's a win win. I been order from them for a while i give them chances after chance to improve their customer service but they just rude unprofessional, so is the manager and at this point im over them i just go to cousins supermarket. Where it cheaper and the customer service is awesome the women dont have attitude taken ur order the delivery man is nice also why spend ur money or ur ebt at a place that dont honor u as a customer and i think they over charge when ordering their meats They high and rude in need of new sales associate's a job is a option so if u having a bad day stay home. If u need the money then go to work and have good customer service and act like u want to be there if u have no other choice but this place go for it u might get them...
