Wow! I am so glad that I used "Last Neanderthal" to build my swing out garage doors! Jacob created a gorgeous set of heavy doors with beautiful hardware and a keyed lock as well as a latch which allows for one door to be securely shut as the other is open. I cannot say enough positive things about this contractor. First, the pricing for the work done was quite low for the quality of the work. I paid higher than quoted because of the exceptional quality. Second, he showed up when he said. I would give a 100 stars just on that alone. Third, he was very respectful of keeping my home clean. He left it better than I had it.

My husband walked in and was like, “wow! Great work”. He never says anything like that.
