Pizza Village Cafe 4 — Restaurant in Phillipsburg

Had to be the absolute worst place to ever go to, the pizza was absolutely horrible, no flavor whatsoever so ever. We ordered the Taco pizza and thought cool something with flavor, and nope to our surprise is was totally bland for the name, I can say for sure that the same way that it was described in the menu, which was ground beef, lettuce tomato was exactly what we got. The ground beef had no flavor no taco seasoning. It was just it was horrible. My date and I were totally amazed at the lack of professionalism that was instilled in the actual product I’ve been a chef for over 20 years and I’ve never ever put something on the menu that did not have flavor. That’s absolutely a crucifixion of any business. Is that your food has no flavor no atmosphere nothing to say we’re professionals. We know what we’re doing and these people absolutely don’t know what they’re doing yet. Everyone can make a pizza but to make a pizza with flavor something of passion you have to use the right ingredients. You have to seasoning properly at least a little bit of taco seasoning or you don’t wanna buy it make up your own. That’s what having a business is about. It’s about putting the wow effect in people‘s lives when they go out to dinner, where they hey let’s go to this place because I heard they have a pretty good taco pizza. Food is good but I could not go meet the driver so my 31yrs old and 27yrs old sons went to pay and get the food now here is where the story changes I gave 17 on card then added 4 for a tip and had 60 in cash a friend ordered a sandwich for 9.50 and he gave 10 so that's 90.50 we gave 91 I called cause I ordered cheese fries and garlic knots but after talking to them they didn't put the cheese fries in so they only didn't give the garlic knots but now here is where I'm mad I ordered 3 times from them while staying in the area I always have my 31yrs old son go pay and get the food the older man said the driver called and said my son said he was short on the money no what my son said was short for a tip cause he didn't know I gave a tip well then she forgot our 2 2ltr sodas and came back today when I called and they said we wad a little short I asked to speak to the driver she didn't say anything about what my son said but said my adult sons who never been in trouble at all in their lives rolled up the money in the Receipt we signed and that there was only 10 not 70 if that was the case wouldn't the police be called that's a lot of money they still say my sons never gave the money so disrespectful I never ever had this happen before the stress isn't...

The parking lot has plenty of spots to park and that is great when you want to be in/out and not deal with street parking. We ordered 2 calzones and babyyyy they did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious; fresh & tasty. The atmosphere is a tad off just because you walk in to such an odd layout. Bar on right, coffee bar on left, and make wide left and you get to the pizza/calzone food area. We placed our order online and paid so it was a fast exchange inside but pleasant. I recommend you try this pizza village out. If you like calzones this place makes a 10/10. However they do put ham so if you do not eat ham or pork mention no meat and you will be fine. Red sauce provided was tasty.
