1 star is too much, this place deserve 0 stars, appointment for 9 am, checked in 8:15 am, is now 4:30 pm I’m still here and nobody can give an eta when I will be out. Drivers, owner operators, if you can avoid this place you better do, unless you want to spend a full day to get unloaded. Update, at 5 pm I was in my last hour of the 14, so I went to check, guy at the gate didn’t know if my trailer was started or not, I asked for a supervisor, someone else comes, then he said those doors weren’t his doors he didn’t know either, I asked can I unload myself like I have seen some others here do? He said no and then said let me see what I can find out about ur trailer, comes back said trailer is only 20% and he didn’t know when would be done but most likely tomorrow, since i had been there since 8am with no food or nothing and in my last hour of the 14 I asked if could go out to shower, eat, do my 10 hours and comeback in the morning, guy says yes you good. At 8:20 I receive a call that trailer is done, i say ok I’ll go get it once my 10 hours are done ( I was already sleeping) guy says no we can’t u gotta come pick it now or we will tow it away, I told him bro one of your guys there can move it to a empty spot is not that hard they do it in every Amazon, then guy says ur tandem pins have something we can’t move it (bull shxt)and again threatens me with getting the trailer towed away. Long story short I had to go pick it up, after they took 12 hours. Don’t know what to say, worst place ever, I was fuming as you can imagine, this place should have a -10 stars. Truckers be warned, this place is slow and terrible if you are doing a live load/unload. I had a 9am appt, arrived a few hrs early at 430am no one in line. They changed my appt to 10pm early in the morning the day of the appt. I came back at 830pm for the 10pm appt, there were 25+ trucks in line, it took about 1.5hr to even get to the guard shack. Then they turned me away since they were too busy and not doing live loads so I have to reschedule. Then my broker rescheduled 7am next day, again the line was 25+ trucks, 5-10min to check in each, so waited in line 2hr. They actually checked me in. Then waited 2.5hr get a call with dock #, go drop trailer, they call 45min later saying they messed up and put me on wrong dock. Then waited 2hr get a call with new dock #, they actually unloaded it in 1hr15min. I was there for about 8.5hr total today. If you come here bring food and plan to do a 10hr reset, and cancel your next pickup or delivery. there is parking nearby on Van Buren Rd. Crazy thing is at 11am and 330pm when i went past entrance , not one truck in line. They need a better scheduling person, need to stagger appointments thru the day and not all at 8am and 8pm only. Bad Amazon ever I use to worked in different location Goodyear they were good manager good HR people there . I got hurt in this Amazon in GRY3 and I was in commendation and before 2 week A girl pulled my hair I had to defend my self they fire her in same day I was there they didn’t fire me I got surprise just I new way because I was in commendation since I got off from doctor commendation I got fired too I had to say this, this place and some off management or pa or pj or HR people they are so bad they go by favourite person or they do have many favourite people and they are racist if they know you are not from here or from the people they are working there it depends where they are from don’t ever work there and the rules go just to us they do what ever they want there they think they own Amazon guys you work there u don’t own there come down and some off safety people they don’t do nothing just play around they use phones EarPods their hair down no body say anything just rules goes for us not fair it was not fair to Fire me for nothing they did because I defend myself they want me to make the girl beat me to death that...
