Subway — Restaurant in Tolleson

I went in at about 12:30am on January 15th and right as I pulled up into the parking lot, the guy at the drive thru window shouted "We're closed" followed by the n word.

These guys are normally open 24 hours as they are within a Love's truck stop and they also share the spot with a Carl's Jr.

I walked into the Carl's Jr after double checking the hours and the same guy who called me the n word approached me and said they are closed. I asked why and pointed out they're normally open 24 hours and his coworker said they were short staffed and they refused to take my order.

They should at least put a sign up on the wall explaining they were short staffed rather than using foul language and refusing to take my order. And they also need to update their hours on Google so people don't get off the freeway inconveniently just to get denied service.

I'm placing the review on Subway's page as the guy who called me the n word was wearing a Subway shirt and I hope his boss sees this and fires him for being unprofessional and rude to me. This guy (most likely late teens or early 20s) apparently prefers to goof off with his coworkers rather than do his job and...

This is by far the worst Subway that I have been to in a long long time. There was some black guy working who looked and was dressed as a manager but based on his actions and lack of customer service, he was OBVIOUSLY only a manager because there was no one else available. I was the only customer in line and he acted like he was in such a hurry. He rushed through my sandwich preparation and basically made it incorrectly but because he was so rude to begin with, I just let that slide because I was trying to take the higher road. NEVER AGAIN! I would highly recommend avoiding this particular Subway at all costs! If their employees don't like their job, then go find another one, but don't take it out on paying customers. But, unfortunately, these are the times that we live in and this will continue to happen until more people like myself speak up and let the owners know what is actually going on when they're not around. I hope more people give their honest reviews about this place as well because I know I can't be...

Went here today as I do a lot! 2 people working the counter the guy starting my sandwich is the absolute slowest person I've ever seen!! This guy looks like he's moving in slow motion!
