The only thing I still love about this place is the location. I have been here for over 10 years and this property has deteriorated every year. When I first moved in, it was absolutely beautiful, full of trees, grass and flowers. But now they have switched everything to rocks every time a tree was toppled over because of a storm it was never replaced just removed, there are no more flowers and the landscaping is never kept up. When I first moved in there was a property representative in the office everyday that you could speak to regarding any concerns that you had but now I am told by the property management company that there is no option to speak to the HOA board members directly about any concerns I have about the property. And the property management company has a different representative every few months it's ridiculous how often I am told that the last representative is no longer there and refers me to another person. All the equipment in the gym, clubhouse, and pool are so old they've been here since this complex was built. The gym still has Box Tv's and the carpet has been flooded and all they keep doing is pulling it up to dry it and putting it back down, it is so filthy but they will not replace it . They charge us too much a month but we never have reliable representatives and there has yet to be a single thing done to upgrade this complex. Paul in the leasing office is beyond RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. There was an infestation of ants in my kitchen and bathroom. Literally coming out of faucets and cracks in the bathtub. Called to let the leasing office know. He claimed the workers would come spray, and they did. Still the next week the ants were back, called again and he had attitude claiming they would be back that Thursday and no one ever showed.

I had a friend stay here and i used to visit him in the weekends. I will start first with the problem of the apartment, it does not have enough parking spots for guest. And that is a very annoying and inconvenient problem. Moreover, it also has very nosey neighbours that like to pry into peoples personal business.
