New to AZ and was looking for a hairstylist near my new home. I like to patronize small business so I left several messages with "salon loft" style independent hairdressers. For the most part I found them to have an unprofessional phone manner, a few didn't bother to return my call, and another only wanted to communicate via text. I then decided to call a real professional salon and that led me to Bon Bon.

My call was answered by a real person who clearly identifying the salon. We then had friendly dialog of my needs and the salons services. All my questions were answered and an appointment was set.

Several days later I was cheerfully greeted, introduced to my stylist and other stylists in the salon. We reviewed how I wear my hair and what I would like done. Nick is an interesting person with a great personality. I enjoyed learning about him and totally confident in his skill & experience. I feel he is genuinely interested in my story and in giving me a hairstyle I can feel great about and style myself between salon visits.

I was so pleased I referred my husband who met with Nick a few days later. We both plan on going back to Bon Bon for our next hair styling.

My regular stylist wasn't able to do my hair, so I did some research and found this salon and made an appointment with Nick based on all the amazing reviews. I went in a little skeptical since I had been going to the same stylist for years. I wanted my hair cut and colored a "chocolate brown" color. Typically, my hair never picks up a lighter color (it's original color is close to black) without having to bleach it, but Nick was able to achieve the perfect chocolate brown color and cut my hair EXACTLY like the photos I showed him!! No bleaching required! He also gave me some really great tips on how to maintain the longevity of my hair color, the health of my hair, and how to use dry shampoo and lots of other great tips and tricks! Nick is absolutely brilliant at what he does, and I could not be more satisfied with the results!!! Not to mention he's extremely professional and honest and won't try to up sell you on products/services that you don't need. Last week I had the most horrific hair experience any natural blonde could ever imagine. YOUR HAIR STYLIST IS SO IMPORTANT! Well, I can officially say I’ve learned a very important lesson (and hopefully last) ever!!! A simple hair cut, turned into me spending a total of 10.5 hours in salons in less than 24 hours! The first 6.5 hours creating an absolute disaster and the last 4 hours fixing the worst nightmare I ever thought possible. I owe the biggest thanks to Nick at Bon Bon Salon & Spa for fixing what another girl did somewhere else! He is hands down a hair god and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone with any hair needs! Please learn from my mistake and let a REAL STYLIST do the job!
