Terrible customer service! Contractors cause property damage and won't fix! They don't return phone calls! They don't care about taking care of their customers!
I contacted Mega Furniture the day of delivery for our furniture to inform them that there was damages done by Mega Furniture contractors to the front door of our house. The frame, weather stripping, and front door were all damaged. I requested to have someone come out and fix it. On October 24, 2019 I sent over images of the damage. As of March 6th, I was still waiting for someone to come out and paint the frame and front door. On May 19, 2019, a contractor came out to paint the door. I was informed by Anna at Mega Furniture that he would arrive between 8am and noon and paint the entire front door and frame since the sheen of the paint did not allow for spot touch-up. I even provided the contractor with the exact paint match to help out.
When the contractor arrive (late!), he told me he wasn't going to paint the entire door, only spot paint. I told him he needed to paint the entire door and the frame. He said he was going to call his manager to confirm. A little while later, he knocked on the door and pointed to the spots he had painted. In addition to it looking splotchy and clear visible brush strokes, he also didn't clean the door prior to painting it and now the painted spot has dirt and dust in it as well. I immediately tried to get a hold of the contractor's manager and left a message, which he never returned. I sent the contractor away because he ruined my door and was not willing to fix it or complete the job correctly!
On Monday, May 20th, I called Anna at Mega Furniture and had to wait until Friday to speak to her and send her pictures of the damage. She informed me that she had already spoken to the contractor's manager and was informed that I just sent the contractor away while he was completing the job which is a complete lie! I had 4 guests at the house at that time that can attest to the information stated above.

   Read moreI have been trying to get my chair for 6 months from MEGA FUNITURE and this has been the most horrible experience of my life, and I'm so upset I not been able to enjoy my chair since I have purchased the chair 7 months ago. I sent pictures of the chair and explained to them it was broken, and they did that on deliver, I didn't not notice until I got ready to sit in it and immediately called. I have been getting the run around for all these months. This is unethical and unprofessional that a customer has to go thru this. I have sat at home on several occasions and they send someone that doesn't no how to speak English and then he left, with no response. Then I talk to jessica,and explain to her my issues, and no care for me as a,customer. I told her I need my chair due I was moving out of state for my job for 9 to 10 months, and they were picking my things up on July 27, 17, with no care or concern as my customer concerns. My company came today to pick up my items and I was not ready, which my company is been upset with me cause now they have to an additional 2500, for them to come back and I was told chair would be brought to me on Monday July 24, 17 and no chair. I have contacted my attorney on this matter, cause i have,been dealing with this,for months and months and if this is how u treat your customers I will never buy anything or my friends,or family cause I will make sure the word is, out there how u treat your customers.    Read moreDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! We bought a sectional and kitchen table, paid for delivery and set up. Got a call a few days before delivery that they don't deliver to our city, the salesman called also and said the same thing, when I reminded that he talked about our town for 5 minutes while looking at furniture he says they used to deliver there but not anymore. Right then I should have cancelled it all, the salesman is obviously a LIAR!! He knew we were outside the delivery area but finished the desk anyways. I later found out that he was supposed to give us several pieces of paperwork when we completed the purchase but did not, this was intentional I am believing .We had the furniture delivered to a friend's house and drove an hour to pick it up then had to fight to get our delivery charge refunded. When we were putting the furniture together we had several issues and the warranty department said I'd have to bring it back to the distribution center or an address within their service area. I asked them to mail the parts and they said no. I asked to talk to the manager and was told the manager doesn't talk to customers.
