I went there this Sunday morning it is my hobby to go to different stores for shopping. It is a huge depot with lots of items it is really hard to find what you need.but I love to find good deals and Iam ok to spend time and surprise myself. I was looking for a low profile ceiling fan and I find a ceiling fan which I wasn’t sure about it . I completely explained to Victoria and the other salesman what Ineeded I assumed I will return it if it doesn’t work for me. I had other items too and the fan was $90 and Victoria just added everything up and asked for $228 which I paid. Before leaving I asked about their return policy and they said 14 days with receipt. On my way to load them in the car I asked the salesperson I think I paid more than I should and he started to add up and it wasn’t the same but I thought ok I will check it out at home. Afternoon I checked the receipt and in my complete shock it wasn’t an itemized receipt it was just the money I paid for everything. I checked out the price of the fan and it was $ 90 online both on Amazon-and on Bella depot website. I felt awful so I sent a picture to my contractor and he said it is not working for me because my ceiling is low. Monday I went there to return the item I even hadn’t opened the box .Victoria told me I can only get credit back and I was never told it is their policy but she stated denying me and then she told me she sold me the item for $70 which was totally wrong. Not worth the bother if you even remotely value your time. In fact, it almost feels like a scam. They don't check the condition of anything, and don't let customers check either (not allowed to open boxes). So you won't know whether the item is damaged or missing pieces until you get it home. If there is a problem, you only have 14 days to return the item and you only get store credit. That might be excusable if the prices were low enough, but they're really not. The vast majority of their items are returns from Home Depot, so the way they calculate price is by opening the Home Depot app, scanning the item's bar code, and knocking 30-40% off the retail price. That's not nearly enough considering how much you're giving up in return.

Edit in response to the owner's reply to the above review: My review reflects my experience, and my experience with SaleSumo was a waste of my hard-earned money. The item I purchased was both completely different from the item on the box, and destroyed. I was not allowed to check the item before purchase, and did not have time to return it in the 14 days afterward. For anyone whose money is hard-earned by working 9-5 Monday through Friday (such as myself), a 14-day return window is really only a 4-day return window.

The staff is "A PLUS PLUS!" After a while going there you'll get to know the staff and feel that sense of trust fast like we did.

I can tell you this with ease. We saved 60% of the cost than going to Home Depot and Lowe's. Ballpark savings for the same items from out of box to fully sealed $4000 est saved!

Our next flip is in the search and will be seeing Brian, Bob and Kim real soon. Nice thing about them, they are real owners with great personalities.
