Public Review: Daniel Loustaunau III – Maricopa County Superior Court

I am writing this as a citizen who has experienced a deep violation of my constitutional rights. During my divorce proceedings, I was jailed for contempt without being read my rights, without being offered legal counsel, and without proper due process. I was denied the chance to speak or present payment records — despite having proof that I had made financial contributions to my ex-wife well beyond what was claimed.

This court allowed false statements to go unchecked and ignored critical evidence. I was treated as if I had no voice, no dignity, and no protection under the law. The court refused to acknowledge that I had been a victim of violent crimes, and instead of offering fairness, they allowed a biased and one-sided attack led by an attorney now under investigation.

What happened to me was not justice — it was a violation of basic human rights. I ask those reviewing this court’s conduct to look at the facts, review the documents, and recognize that no person should be silenced or jailed for standing up for truth.

I am asking for accountability — not just for myself, but for anyone who has been mistreated by a system that was meant to protect them. After being in jail for a week they took my truck away from me I lost all faith in this court and have every right to I will fight i don't no what they were thinking and I can't tell you that right now i lost a lot and there trying to get me to pay for lawyers fees . I never lied in court I was honest and watching my x wife and her lawyer I don't no the outcome of this case but I hope that I get justice and I just want this done with so i can get on with my life they already gave my x wife everything took my.house my truck I'm I'm representing myself and getting good at it this and I'm pretty sure that any judge the higher court see how i.was jailed for no reason I'm owed compensation I want my truck back and i want what's fair I deserve compensation from the court for unlawful incarceration that of the rip I'm surprised they haven't offered me anything yet ohh it's coming and it's all truth all facts no lies the way things in court should be just what has happened to me in this case make me wonder hard how many men like myself have been done like I was don't well don't worry I'm not going to let up not after going to jail and loosing my truck no Ive already the yeah I don't even think the judge in my case will.be allowed to finish the case I...

I learned the hard way just how difficult it is to protect yourself through the Arizona justice system. They don't take harassment seriously when it comes to a year long or more of you dealing with it and it affecting your mental health. Since it's difficult to prove stalking and someone keeping tabs on you, they dismiss it as it not being serious enough. The judge heavily implied my case was not to be taken seriously in her words "This is for serious cases." I've been diagnosed with CPTSD because of the trauma I went through, while they have continued to provoke me. A police officer told me himself that I could get a restraining order against my abuser. I paid for a rideshare to get there with a document in hand, and all they do is throw you onto a computer to document the incident(s) on there instead and waste your time, just to have a judge tell you to your face that your case doesn't matter. I wanted my harasser and abuser to be held accountable once and for all, and the system failed me. They also have no care or thought into what emotional grooming and manipulation is, despite me explaining the situation several times and repeating myself. I get dismissed and I get cut off to be told "Unless what he leaked was graphic, he can do whatever he wants and say whatever he wants." This is horrifying for women seeking support through the justice system. Nobody has our backs, and this court...

Anyone attempting to get custody of their child because it would benefit the child 100 percent. DO NOT FILE IN THIS COUNTY & ESPECIALLY NOT THIS N.E. Regional Court. This Court is horrible and will NOT give you equal justice. It took 6 months for the Judge to rule on a Motion I’d filed. I immediately filed to prevent mom from relocating outside of our court orders. Living within 6 miles from each other, the other party gave me a 10 day notice and took off 140 miles away with our child. The Judge lectured the mother but never ordered her to return the child. It took 2 years and still ruled in the moms favor after she relocated again and still awarded me to meet her half way. You will receive NO justice at this court. It has been 5 years dealing with the North East Regional Court, when mom has been relocating all over, 3 new criminal charges pending and has been allowed to disregard the orders this entire time. Judges rotate almost yearly and they are extremely behind in many cases. I'm now forced into filing a complaint against this Court for Unfair Rulings and ignoring the evidence and witnesses. This Court is extremely BIASED TOWARDS GOOD FATHERS WHO DESERVE IT. HORRIBLE...
