I spent several days talking with who I assume to be the owner about two vehicles. I got approved for one with a decent down payment and the other had a larger down payment because of the price, which I understood. I got there and decided on the less expensive vehicle because of the way it felt (no jumps or weird knocking when putting it into gear) and we started the paperwork. I was told I was good to go soon and I asked for the monthly payment amount, WHICH I HAD TO ASK FOR because he wasn't talking to me during the whole thing (I had averaged it to be about $150 to $200) ... No, he said $300. I was putting $1,500 down on a $5,000 vehicle (down payment, taxes, registration, etc.) And it was $300 for a USED car that costs a little over 5k?!?!? No. They were trying to scam me and didn't think I would see through it. And to top it all off I didn't even get to test drive the vehicle before the paperwork was started (which I assumed would happen beforehand). They were so ready to get the money that they didn't even care about what I wanted or needed. Alost, THEY REFUSED TO HOW ME A CARFAX. They came up with some shifty excuse about how they cant finance a car if the carfax is bad, but refused to show me any information about the car. I'm getting the same car from a larger dealership, slightly more expensive because the interior is actually nice, its a newer model, has less mileage, and im paying $200 a month, paid off in 60 months, with the same deposit. I wouldn't take anything from this dealership if they were giving it away...

On November the 5th I got a loan do first Franklin finance. I was looking for a reliable car to get back and forth to work so they advised me to go talk to Rama at Pearl River wholesale when I got there he asked me how much I had down which I had nothing I was getting the car financed he said he was going to give it to finance company they'll get with me. I got a phone call later on that day.saying that I was approved. I didn't know what I was approved for because I didn't get a chance to pick a car Nor test drive a car I never got the opportunity to pick a car never seen the car or warranty paper that be on it he chose the car for me I'm talking about Rama. And he's very unprofessional I have proof that I have witnesses I've even because of that to trying to talk to the boss and the receptionist told me that she would give him my number but I never heard from him I drove the car one week and it wasn't running that good then I reached out to him on numerous occasions he came and saying that there's nothing wrong with the car he have drove the car to Alabama twice. I really need to talk to someone about this car now the time it has thrown in the car we have bought numerous points for this car and it's still not running I asked him from the beginning to give me another car...

Bought a 2013 Dodge truck that has been NOTHING BUT TROUBLE since we bought it in February of this year. Was not told nothing about it but can’t wait to get your money! I am a disabled person with cancer, have a trach and feeding tube in me and they disregarded me and my wife as we were Trash! These people sleep at night because they have no conscious! Sad that business can advertise like they do to get people to come to them only to get Ripped off! There should be a law against them and they should not be allowed to be in business. They care about no one. We have been broke down for two weeks now and i have to borrow my brothers car to get around to dr.’s appt.’s tests and whatever else that I may need medically. I will not recommend this place to no one! Glad y’all can sleep at night because me and my wife can’t but then again we have consciouses to sleep at night because we care about people more than this business does. We have no money to get it fixed. Hope y’all are happy screwing people over! I have close to 3,000 dollars in this piece of junk. If it wasn’t for that I would let get repoed and finish destroying my credit. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THESE...
