Ivey's Furniture — Local services in Pickens

I bought recliner loveseat and recliner couch from them, paid cash for it. The man who runs the place was very nice and didn't pressure us. But the guys who delivered the furniture to my house were very rough on the furniture. They put a big scratch on the console on the front of my loveseat. My husband told them that he could remove our front door off the hinges, but they shoved it through my door anyway. There was also a big scuff on the back of the loveseat and a small tear on the back of it, from where they kept flipping it over and over on my front porch. There was also a white scuff on my recliner couch, that was from them shoving it through my white door frame. We didn't notice any of the damage until right after they left, because they left really quickly. When you pay cash for something and as much as we paid for delivery, you'd think they would treat your stuff with a little respect! This is a late response because I figured what good does it do to complain because no one cares. And also I'm so busy going back and forth to doctor's at least three times a week because I'm physically disabled, it's hard to find time to...

He was very patient, showed us every single option in our price range, he went above and beyond to work with my friend and I with our indecisiveness. I've purchased a sofa, bedroom set, mattress, and dining room table form Ivey's over the years and my mother has purchased a coffee table and two side tables over the years!

I keep coming back for more because they are able to get any piece of furniture I want from anywhere--quick and for the best price!
