Obviously, people that gave positive reviews didn’t have a need for warranty work. I promise you, you walk out the door and equipment is “as is”. Bought a Toro turf sprayer for $ 10,000.00 in 2020, less than a year later the nozzles were leaking. After repeated calls, was told to bring it in because it was less than a year old and still under warranty. This was in June 2021. I was told it might take a while because of national back order of parts which I understood. I really needed the machine for Fall spraying. When I called in October, still no part. I had to pay someone else to do my Fall spraying even though I own a $ 10,000 sprayer. In December they called and told me to come get the sprayer because it was in the way. Still after 6 months no part. I live over an hour away and told them I wasn’t going to get it until they honored the warranty. Finally today, after 7 months I decide these people are a bunch of crooks. I went to get my unfixed, under warranty sprayer. Can you believe they charged me $ 50.00 because they said they had to winterize the sprayer for me. I can’t believe this is how they treat customers. Several years ago I purchased a brand new Toro Timecutter zero turn mower from Huff's power equipment. It worked well for a while but after about 2.5 years it started having issues. After taking it to a couple places I was informed that the "hydrostatic transmission" had gone bad and decided to call Huff's to see what my options were (the mower was barely past its warranty). I was told by a man that worked there that this particular mower was basically a POS and I should have never bought it. To make a long story short he informed me I could spend around $1500-$2000 to fix it but once I do that the other side would most likely go bad as well. He then told me I should just take a loss and buy a new mower from them. My 2 star review is due to the fact that based on the anonymous conversation I had with the man working there, the owner knowingly sold me a garbage mower. I trusted them to give me good advice as I was spending a lot of money to support their business but in the end I am stuck with a mower that won't run for more than 15 minutes at a time. Took my weedeater for repair because I accidentally ran over the shaft.with a golf cart.it was running fine before this but after it idled high but when I removed the part of the throttle cover it would idle fine.told them there this info when I dropped it off as well.when I went to pick it up they said the carburetor was bad and had bad gas and changed the plug air filter and fuel filter all of which I did not approve because they didnt tell me and none.of this was bad.the mechanic obviously didn't read repair instructions because the engine didnt get run over it was the shaft.with this said I wont ever...
