Tried to get my truck and my wife’s suv tint done here which is over a $700 job. Had an appointment scheduled for a Tuesday morning. Arrived a little early and waited around for someone to show up. Called the owner and was told the tint did not come in yet because of a delay through the shipping company. I’m a reasonable person and understand when things do not show up on time but I had never received a call to reschedule the appointment to a different day and ended up wasting time for myself and the family member I had asked to pick me up after dropping the vehicle off. I was never offered an apology for wasting my time and the owner never called me to let me know if the tint had come in after the delay to reschedule a new appointment.
