Honestly one of my favorite places to stop by! Sometimes just to say hi to the guys/gals that work there! They all love Hershey-dog and always make us feel like we are part of their family! Everyone has ALWAYS went out of their way to be helpful, kind and it seems like they want to build a report, and I feel like I can trust them 100%! I wish I could remember all their names (I’m just awful with names) but they NEVER forget mine! That is what good customer service is all about, make the customer feel welcome! Their ‘pawn’ guitars are ALWAYS marked at more than fair prices! The drums and keyboards are again marked lower than most other shops around! Plus where can you buy DVD’s for less than $1 They always have a good stock of PS4’s and games as well as Xbox One and game titles!

They often get amazing retro game systems and retro games that they will sell as a LOT SET and they always price way lower than you can find anywhere! I bought a PERFECT Sony PSP for less than $20 (it just didn’t have the battery) which I bought online for $8

Went to Amelia store last night for ring sizing, all of 1/2 size. The young man who finally came to the jewelry counter didn't really seem to know which end was up. Measured by daughter with wide bands for a slim shank ring which would not have given accurate results. Couldn't find the right sizer. Told me it would be 1/2 of $185 to size the ring, which was already way too much, but them he had to ask someone else who said it was $185, just for the labor. Nope. Got the impression that he was not actually any kind of jeweler, just the kid with the keys and didn't want to be bothered. Keeping in mind that over the years I have spent about $10,000 in this store and they would always negotiate with me, the repair service was excellent; took in an 18K gold and diamond pin/pendant that I had lost, apparently drove over and found; it was repaired to perfection and it wasn't almost $200! Everyone was always friendly, but that kid last night made me feel like I didn't deserve his time or attention. Something has changed, and not for the better. I took the ring to Kay's; cost is $72 plus tax. I think I'm done with...

Facet Amelia is a wonderful place to shop for Jewelry and just about anything else you need. I really love Ellie, she is the nicest person I have ever met. The entire staff at Facet is incredible they truly know what it means to make you happy and provide excellent service. If you ever have the pleasure of talking to Jamie absolutely do so she is a true professional and extremely nice. I've heard one of her employees from the other location in Milford that she is a really awesome boss and they are very thankful for the opportunities they were given! You don't hear that very often from staff so way to go!! Did you guys know that Facet has a eBay page?! Daniel helps run the pages so if you ever need something and don't wanna leave home he's your guy. I could keep going about all the reasons why you should definitely shop here but I'd have to start charging per book so I'll just end it here by asking this; Do you love great customer service?
