Grand Getaway Cabin — Local services in Pigeon Forge

This place was not cleaned properly. found a sock under the table with the games on it. there was a retainer by the night stand in the bedroom by the living room. there was a cockroach(it could’ve easily gotten in when we had the door open from bringing groceries in) that was the only one we seen at least. seen multiple other bugs which i know is common anywhere especially in the mountains/woods but we also seen termites & called multiple times and no one answered until the next day and when they did they finally sent people out but all they did was clean the floor??? that made no sense. half way after our trip was over they finally sent a bug guy out & he put traps in the kitchen and sprayed outside. the blankets in the game room stink. they DO NOT smell washed. the light in the hallway in the game room DOES NOT work. Fans in bathrooms DO NOT work. Outlets in bedroom by game room hardly work. Blinds have missing pieces to them in a lot of the areas. Fan in living room was covered in dust. Drawer in fridge was broken. Dishwasher hardly worked. Found a hair in one of the bowls in the cabinet. Sweeper that they have wasn’t even cleaned out and it STINKS!! If you are spending this much $$$ to stay somewhere, there should NOT be this many issues with it. DO NOT STAY HERE. Parking is also horrible which i know that a lot of them are like that in that area but find a better cabin worth your $$$$$$ with...

Great rental cabin! I would give a 4.5 star if I could. Comfortable family based cabin with community pool, but on property sauna, hot tub, pool table, air hockey and video games. Plenty of televisions. Great location! Just around the corner from everything and very close to Dollywood and Parrott Mountain. Well equipped kitchen and well organized. Great for long weekends! Not worth the money!! Place is dirty and smells musty. The time we were there the dishwasher and washer/dryer were broken. The games in game room barely worked. The water pressure is nonexistent.
