First off, we tried to communicate with them, as I clearly stated, and it was very poor or nobody answered at all. Again, as stated, there were no other properties that were not booked, so what would we had moved to? I was speaking with your representative via telephone, while viewing each cabin we spoke about online while booking. I was most certainly not "confused" or "mistaken", although maybe the better question would be who helped me book this stay, because maybe they don't know what properties they're talking about. Again, blame the customer. I asked multiple questions about every property I inquired about, and even took notes as she spoke, so yes, she gave me additional information than listed on your website, and there was zero confusion on my end. The information given to me in real time, with me viewing it in real time, was incorrect. I was told it was a "quiet area" and "secluded" via telephone per your agent. Furthermore, why would I call you to make a bed, just doing it was obviously easier at that point. May I ask what would you have done for our family if I had actually been able to speak with someone when I called the night I checked in? You couldn't even communicate about our water issue and even getting in the door. If they worked so hard to clean it, because it was dirty due to other occupants, then why was it still dirty? Again, blame the customer, but the ones before us. How would you have made this right before leaving you a bad review? Obviously nothing, since your generic answer blaming me, says nothing about what you would have actually done to make any of it right had we been able to get ahold of someone on night #1! Which again, says it all about your company! I also added new "real" pictures. What a lovely road in front!
Absolutely awful experience! Will never stay with this company again!!! "Time Well Wasted', was definitely a waste, of money! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Couldn't check in until 4pm, horrible communication with staff to finally get into our cabin. If you want an actual mountain view, go with a company that labels their cabins appropriately! NO view other than trees! "Secluded" here means you want to be right next to all the neighbors! I couldn't believe how many there were SO close together! No need to bring your night lights, as their security lights go off every 2 minutes! It was a horrible night time experience, as if you can see anything to begin with! TRAFFIC, TRAFFIC, AND MORE TRAFFIC! Not quiet, not peaceful, and again, NOT A MOUNTAIN VIEW!!! Not very clean, one bed not even made up, no working fireplace, etc. DO NOT believe the pictures, the downstairs is TINY. We've stayed in Wears Valley 7 times now, and this was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to everyone, and pretty much...
