Our house rental company recommended Smoky Mountain Grocery and I can't recommend enough. We had an evening flight planned and knew the last thing we would want to do is grocery shop when we got to town with a family of 8. Tim answered the phone and was so extremely helpful. Our flight was delayed twice so we didn't end up at the house until after midnight. It was such a relief to arrive and everything I had ordered was delivered, put away and available for us to dig in after a long day of travel. He knew the exact house we were staying at when I mentioned the name and his services were exactly what we needed. We rent houses all over the country and this is our first time using a grocery delivery company with pre-arrival and, well the bar is set very very high because of Smoky Mountain Grocery. We stayed nearby and decided to visit this store one evening. The GPS showed it was open until 7 PM, but when we arrived, everything was dark and closed. I knocked on the door with no response, then called the store’s number. After some time, I received a callback from a man who confirmed the store was closed.

I tried explaining that the GPS showed they were open, which is why we came, but he hung up before I could finish or ask what time they would open the next day. This made it difficult to plan since I couldn’t rely on the hours listed on Google.

My extended family and I visited Tennessee from Michigan, and it was such a relief not to have to worry about grocery shopping once we arrived! Tim was absolutely amazing. From the moment I called with questions (several times!), he was calm, reassuring, and professional.
