The BEST in town!! Listen, we travel everywhere, often. This establishment is everything you need for a family owned, home feeling, full of options and delicious atmosphere. We were warmly greeted by several family members, we purchased the best fudge we have ever had in our life accompanied by some history of the Grandfather's recipes that dorned the showcase. We loved it so much, we will be having some signature fudge sent to our home to gift to family and friends! This was exclusive, and made our vacation. We returned 3 times in the same week! Would give it 10 stars if we could! Our entire family can't wait to return! Go early if you can, the fudge is so delicious, everyone wanted to try! They were so above and beyond, they told us if there was something we wanted that we didn't see to give them 2 days and they would make it special. I was really looking forward to visiting Rocky Top Country Store, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The store itself felt disorganized, with items scattered and shelves that were difficult to navigate. I understand it’s a small business, but it seemed like upkeep wasn’t a priority.

What really made the visit disappointing, though, was the lack of customer service. I barely got a greeting when I walked in, and when I asked a question, I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff. It’s frustrating to feel unwelcome, especially in a small, family-owned shop where you’d expect a warmer atmosphere.

I truly hope the owners take feedback to heart and work on improving the store’s layout and the way they interact with customers — small businesses are the heart of a community, and with some changes, this place could be a great stop. But as of now, I can’t...

After a long day of hiking & exploring, we made a pleasant stop at Rocky Top Country Store! A great selection of ice cream and milk shakes in addition to a crazy number of fudge flavors. All great for dessert but, we were hungry and got a couple pizzas and were shocked at how fabulous a little shop like this can make such a great pizza! We were even able to buy hot sauce (huge selection) to put on our pizza. I know this is a new venture but they are on the right track. And no charge for extra toppings! We stopped after hiking for something to drink and ended up with dinner and dessert from a super friendly family business!
