Stokes Lighting Center — Local services in Pigeon Forge

Stokes Lighting Center is awesome. It's the best place to get a hard-to-find bulb or fixture. I was looking for 100 watt metal halide bulbs for my barn lights, and the ones at Ace and Home Depot wouldn't fit because apparently they've started to make them a bit differently now, and the glass on the newly designed bulbs flares out too far to go into the fixture. Lowe's had a 70 watt one that would fit, but I wanted 100. Stokes had just what I was looking for. It was priced a bit higher than the Lowe's 70 watt, but in addition to the higher wattage, the Stokes bulb was also much higher quality, rated for 20,000 hours while the Lowe's bulb was only rated for 9,000. Very much worth the couple of extra bucks. Also . . If they don't have it, they can probably get it, according to the guy there....

Worst Customer Service I've ever received in my Life. Located in the middle of No where. Very Expensive and Prices are higher than Lowe's & Home Depot. Very Rude - Racist - Guys STAY AWAY Seriously - Bunch or Mrn, Uneducated - Will never Shop here again. I Don't Recommend anyone to Shop Just Waste of Time...

As an electrician I do quite a bit of business here. Always friendly and offering help in any way possible. I feel that the store is short handed for the amount of business they do here but they seem to always hustle.Keep up the Good...
