I needed to do some Christmas shopping the other day for my daughter and knew that with her love of horses she would also like to have a pair of boots to go along with other things in her wardrobe. The only problem though was that I had no idea what ones she would like or even what size she would need since with me my boots are a size bigger than regular shoes. I decided it best if I just took her shopping with me so there were no surprises on Christmas morning. Having two shops in close proximity to our home as well as a few other places that sell boots the next decision was which store should we go to look for them in. As we had been in Pennsville we were heading toward home and I pulled into the parking lot at the one store and told her what my plans were and she asked if we could instead go to Zanes. I didn't have a problem with that as I like to make my daughter happy so off we went. Shortly after we walked in we were greeted by a young lady whose name has escaped my memory that was very helpful with directing us to what turned out to be a real nice pair of boots. Since my daughter is small needing possibly a size 5 in women's, the woman suggested we try out the children's boots in a 3 1/2 so my daughter went looking and quickly found a pair she liked and so I bought them for her. The shopping experience was a very pleasant one and I will not hesitate to go there when I decide to shop for a pair for myself. It is always good to support local businesses even though at times you might pay a little more but I was happy with the price, it was 20% off and the service that went with...
Read moreThet have tons and tons and tons and tons and tons and tons and load's of cowboy and work boots. Lol. This store is locally known for their boot selection. Lots of clothes too. Most importantly, they have a huge selection of work boots to choose from. They have about 100 choices in stock. Reasonably priced to expensive. Their cowboy boot selection is even more impressive. A few hundred pairs in stock to choose from. They have all kinds and colors in all shapes and sizes. They do not have hiking boots though. Wish they did. I like a small 6" light weight, waterproof boot for work like the kind timberland makes but they did not have them in stock. They also have a big selection of cowboy/farm clothing for men woman and children. Even though they did not have what I was looking for as far as a work boot, I'm kind of particular though, this store is definitely worth the trip if you're looking for work or cowboy boots. They are conveniently located on Route 40 on the outskirts of Elmer or inskirts (depending on which way your heading) in between Elmer and pole Tavern. They are open late too, which is good especially if you work all...
Read moreZane’s definitely has all of the work gear you would or could need. Rain gear, Carhartt, Arita, Wolverine and Wrangler. FR rated shirts and jeans, Hi-Viz, gloves, hats, boots, bootlace’s. Composite toe, steel-toe and regular toe. They carry Thorogood, Redwing, Carhartt and Timberland Pros as well as a few others. Only four stars because quite a few times I’ve been in there and they don’t have my size in jeans, shirts and/or boots. They have a limited stock of sizes. But there’s Big & Tall as well. They carry Yetti cups and coolers. Usually the staff is very very attentive but sometimes the younger staff is unable to answer questions specially when the manager isn’t in!!!! Prices are definitely competitive. The amount of things they pack into this store is...
