Wood Lanes — Local services in Pilesgrove Township

This place is amazing. Today we attended for my youngest son’s birthday. For a birthday party it is 89.99 (subject to change by establishment) for one lane, that includes shoes, pizza, and a pitcher of drink of choice for 2 hours. They provide plates, cups and forks for 6 per lane. We reserved 2 lanes, for 12 kids. You just have to bring your own cake or your own decorations if you choose. You pay up front the moment you arrive. The employees were kind, there were multiple parties going on as well as other patrons there for some weekend fun. The place was packed. The staff provided some popular snacks (chips and cheese puffs), then asked what pizza toppings we wanted and what time to bring out the pizza. The pizza was delicious. The kids were happy! The location also has a small arcade, with a variety of games. All in all the kiddos had an amazing time. We stayed over our allotted time. So the 2nd game was stopped (which is ok). Remember 2 lanes for 2 hours for a party. The kids age group (5-8) they take their time and get distracted. The staff was very kind as well as patience and I appreciate that especially with it being my first time for a party and years since I stepped foot in there. I will be back. Today I was with my children and my parents I paid for 2 plays, they gave us line 11 and Miss Kenzie came and told us that when they finished the first play we should go to line 1, I don't understand why if we were already on a line . Then she said no to line 3 where all the tables were full and when we went to her to tell her that there were no tables she told us that there were chairs that we could pull near the line. We had already ordered food and I imagine that we had to put the food on the floor. I told him to return the money for the second roll because I am paying to be well, I don't eat animals with food on the floor. He returned the money to us with an angry face. I think that since they heard us speaking Spanish they treated us that way. We are with 2 elderly and disabled people. It's the first time something like this has happened to me in this place. Nice bowling alley. The kids had fun. I like the little bowling apparatus for the kiddos. I didn’t realize that they had food until last minute but we did get soda and snacks from the vending machines. The soda machine took my $2 because I took too long in making a selection. I would think it’ll just spit the money back at me but it did not! After the kids were done bowling we utilized the arcade room and even though there was a nice selection again, a couple machines took my money. The air hockey table didn’t have a puck. So that was wasted money. The claw machine only took dollar bills and not change so I lost a dollar there. I was out about $4.50 total messing with those machines.
