I have not visited this place in some years the last time I did the ladies room was terrible toilets flooded the floors no tissue the smell was horrible. Some of the vendors stations smelled of heavy mold and ceilings leaked water onto there products. I told myself I would never visit a place that didn't care at all about their vendors and their consumers... I hope it has...

The new management has made tremendous strides toward improving this facility. Saturday was my first time going in a long time. Vendors have cleaned up, Christmas decorations line the main drag, and a lot of work has been done!! Gives me hope to see life pumped back into this long forgotten treasure!!...
