I ordered some T-Bone Steaks and SuperOne Water 40 count. When I call to add items to my order, the young lady was not very pleasant, she said you can go back into your order and add the items yourself. I told her I did not know how, she eventually assisted me. But that isn't why I'm writing, I'm writing to commend you on your manager Tim at your 2721 Camden Rd, Pine Bluff, AR store this morning. I was so upset I begin to cry. I gave him an ear full to say the least. I told him I shop there all the time, I live 3 blocks from your other store, but I love this one, because the people are so so nice. I had knee replacement surgery before the holiday and they are always so nice, even the young men that bring my groceries to the car. I told him it's just my husband and I what are we going to do with a brisket. That thing was long as my arm. I told him if it wasn't getting dark, I would have bought it back last night. I'm on my way to Court and didn't know what time we would be through today. We finished about 1 p.m. and he came up to office and was so kind. He said he couldn't take the meat back, and he was giving me a $30 gift card. I said it cost $40.86. We couldn't eat that much meat in a month. He gave me my money back, the card and the meat. I still don't know what we're going to do, I guess the husband will have a field day on the grill. lol. Can someone please call or write him and compliment him. You don't get recognized for the good things a lot of times, only the bad. If I had Facebook, I would do it. Thank you. If I wrote this much, imagine the poor guy having to listen....

My wife was aggressively grabbed and taken to a rear area to search her Coach bag for "hidden lunch meat". She didn't have any but did get a nasty bruise from the off duty cop that man-handled her. It's a good store but doesnt always have everything needed when I go shopping. Although I only go once a month around the first of the month every month to supply that months needs, it may be better if i waited a little longer to do my shopping. As far as the staff goes, they all have been kind to our family even when we roll up with multiple carts loaded...
