Big Banjo Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

The lunch time was pittiful pizzas were burnt, no fresh pizzas on the bar mass over load of non customer service employee arguing w a customer but that did not stop the use of the texting while customer waits for order to be taken. Salad bar looked a mess. The customer was not curtious either shouting all over the seated custmers. I just got my money back and left.. I refuse to sit in a toxic atmospher to eat or any other place where there is uneven and negative vibes. I did notice something was off upon walking in the door. Now, I can say the the fued was going on before we came in. Lord, I recall years ago we stopped visiting because of a young lady that talked so much and talked you could not enjoy your meal. We stopped dinning and we did not order take out. she finally left. We returned this was mu go to when my grandkids visited spending well over $100 plus not including the rides and games another over $100. I would sit and read until a few hours later were ready to leave. They are worn out get them home a bath and sleep. Now this tention. I hope the air will return back to positive. We will not visit again or until we feel the vibe has changed. I hope the person that was in tetion feels better and they did apoloze to me. And, I know working with the public is ruff. This place was terrible. We went for the buffet. The pizza was on a "bar" and had no source of heating. So it was cold and looked as if it had been there for hours. The salad bar was lackluster at best. Half of the ingredients were missing, brown wilted lettuce and canned mushrooms on a salad bar and 1970s throwback fake bacon bits. Moving on... We were asked if they could make some fresh pizza for us. Mind you there were only 3 tables seated at this point, (like 8 customers total) and it took almost a half an hour to get that to us. (We ordered pepperoni and pineapple) The crust was thin, the sauce is from a can and the flavor was not very good at ALL. The service was slow and uncaring. If asked to go back by friends or family, I would decline and go get a Totino's pizza from the frozen section at Wal-Mart. The quality and flavor would...

Traveling through Dumas, we randomly stopped for a quick bite on our way to Vicksburg, MS. Nathalie, our server was super attentive and friendly. We ordered a large, thick crust All Meat Pizza that was DELICIOUS. The crust and ranch was house made to perfection. We definitely didn’t leave hungry! Three adults, ate 3 slices each and took three to go!

Thanks to the kind gentleman who purchased my Uncle, wearing his veteran hat, a drink!

The bathrooms left much to be desired. Luckily, everything else surpassed that part.

I had to hop back on and add how delicious the Pizza was as leftovers. I wish I had ordered a pizza to go because, WOW the pizza was even better...
