Every business has their pros and cons, and if you are wise enough, please read my review, pictures don't lie. On Feb. 1st, 2020 i walking into Furniture Liquidators, on N.Main St, in Kissimmee, to look around and possibly purchase. After a few minutes in the store, I fell in love with this bedroom set, even though it was preowned. As soon as I seen it, I knew it had to be mine. about 45 minutes later, I was approved for the bedroom set, a bunk bed and a sofa sleeper and my delivery was set for Feb. 8th. A day before the delivery date, I had called the delivery manager, and asked what time he was going to be delivering and assembling the furniture. He told me, he can do it on that Friday, instead of Sat. Naturally I was excited about that. We spoke about 2-3x before 7:30, then around 9pm, I called once more and he said he was tired to save it for the following morning. I wasn't too upset, because after all, thats when I was supposed to have it. The next day came a surprise, not that they came 30 minutes later then advised, nor the fact that the "helper" came dressed like he was coming to a party, but at the poor delivery and neglect they did to my flooring. To make a long story short, the flooring was just updated, and the gentlemen blamed "cheap flooring" for the cause of the damages. I called up the store manager, and told her what was going on, and to take back the bedroom set, (where the damages originated from) THE SAME STEPHANIE, that HIGHLY recommended Paul, and she said its between me and Paul, and hes fully insured. Comes to find out, the guy, DOESN'T have any commercial insurance, he pulled out a auto policy. I still haventt heard back from Stephanie or her boss, and thats ok, because hopefully my experience will help others to decide to go somewhere that their belongings will be treated with care. As of right now, my insurance, is going after "Paul", and we will take it from there. Moral of the story, don't listen to how well Stephanie trys to sell the delivery, and if you have to pay a little more to be treated better, and not have these damages, save yourself the couple of...
Read moreFor those complaining about the heat, get real it is a warehouse, it is not a furniture showroom. You have to know what you want, you have to know your measurements of the rooms in your home and again be specific in your needs. Sure there is pressure, not much I admit, to buy they are a business not a charity. If you understand what your needs are, have a good knowledge of tools and materials you can get great deals. If you are not skilled or knowledgeable in appliances, buy brand new at a big box retailer or an appliance store. You HAVE to know your stuff when buying at a warehouse and how to look for stuff. I got great deals for my son's furniture, brand new bed at a great price (solid wood) great mattress and box spring set and an additional mattress for half of what you pay anywhere else. The gentleman who helped me load my truck, were great and yes I would go there again. Open the boxes and look at the product, set your price expectation and enjoy your shopping experience. Special shout out to the loader who mentioned being a good father. God bless you and your business.....stay honest the money will...
