This store is the 5 star example of why people should shop at their closest Ace and forget the big box stores. There are always plenty of people ready and able to help you with whatever you may need. Always friendly, always helpful, i don't have enough words for how nice an establishment this is. There have been so many times when they have had something I needed that a "big box" store would DEFINITELY be out of, only because the box stores really don't treat their employees all that well, so inventory isn't managed that great at all. When you come here, if you need a small piece from the hardware bins, it's there. I should know, I've cleaned them out a couple times and went back the very next week and it was full again. That's called ATTENTION TO DETAIL. And the good people here know how to do that right! I could write a novel about what sets this place apart from the others, but you don't need to know all that. Just pop on down there with a smile on your face and a shopping list, and they will have you covered. It's actually fun to shop here, and that's more important than you think, for your own well being. I needed a drain snake, and he was willing to provide rental options and purchase options. Even going to the extent of finding prices for each and allowing to purchase what I needed over the phone where he then walked it out when I arrived.
