The good was Jordan he was so nice and great to deal with he kept us up to date on when our unit was to arrive and was not pushy. I had planned to write a fabulous review but according to others they’ve had many issues too so I felt the need to share our experience.
The sales manager guy we did our paper work with was so pushy about the extra 3 year warranty we literally had to say we have 3-4 mechanic friends if something happens after 2 years we can handle it,well what would you be willing to pay?? So you can negotiate paying for a warranty??? Didn’t know that? I didn’t really care for how pushy he was and he was really arrogant. I walked out of his office honestly unsure if I wanted to deal with him again well our future purchases won’t be done at M and M pine island because of the following....
Our 2020 Ranger BRAND NEW was delivered on 8/28/2020 the worse part of it all we had a check engine light come on at 20 miles, windshield wasn’t put on right,no front lights. We we’re told parts could take into November to get to fix it “but the service department put their heads together and figured it out” My husband being a mechanic for 20 years said “well I hope it was fixed the right way and not done in a shotty way in so many words” They said “nope we got a part and it’s fixed”. My husband said to me probably with some cheap part and NOT Polaris. The plastic mat bed liner was put on and jammed into place and not installed because I imagine we would have to pay for them to do that for us. My husband said I’m not wasting my time calling to have them come take it for another week to fix it. They got our call Saturday but because they “weren’t in our area” they couldn’t pick it up til Wednesday they make it sound like it’s so easy to pick up and drop off I would have bent over backwards and came Monday AM to pick it up especially when we had plans Labor Day weekend to use it and they knew that.
They had it for over a week. When we got our unit delivered back to us it had dirt all over it along with plenty of dust, it was GROSS, the plastic on the dash isn’t even on tight Again my husband wasn’t going to contact them to fix it because he knew they wouldn’t get it back in a timely fashion. The service department is so ridiculous to deal with as well my husband had to ask when our unit was coming back cause he hasn’t heard anything. My husband is in sales he’s been a mechanic for 20 years and he said you bend over backwards for your customers which they didn’t. We have to order a plow, mount and wipers and other accessories and frankly it won’t be at your dealership. Apologizing to your customers and showing empathy goes a long way...
Read moreafter first snowstorm of the year, i noticed my snow-thrower attachment's bearings had gone out. I did not have time or motivation to deal with it so I took it to M&M since they said they could fix it. I took it in on a Friday. The following Wednesday I called and they said they had ordered parts and that it should be done by Friday and they would call me.
I called back the following Tuesday AFTER a snowstorm which required hiring to have my driveway cleared. It had been fixed on Monday (still to late) but they forgot to take my phone so they could not call me.
I got it home, and put it back on my tractor. I went to test it and it made a god awful noise. Inspection found that they had installed the auger off-center and it was hitting the bearing mount bolts every time it went around.
I ended up re-doing all work they had done. In all they had:
I literally gave them the instruction sheet for the attachment, with the parts that needed to be replaced circled on it and which showed the correct installation of all parts. All they had to do was follow those instructions. The only reason I did not do it myself was because I did not have time and did not have a gear puller to pull the drive gear off. I ended up having to go purchase a gear puller anyway to fix...
Read moreI bought a 2025 Polaris 1000 Premium Side by Side from Myles & Jeremy at M&M Lawn & Leisure in Pine Island, MN. It was great experience. Myles did not pressure me on my first trip to their large facility (pictures do not give the full view of how big their powersports campus really is). I was able to ask and get answers to technical, warranty questions and take a few UTV’s for a test drive on their property (on and off road). After getting financial permission from my wife, I called up Myles and made the appointment to purchase my UTV. He had it cleaned up and was ready to do a final inspection and test drive before I met with Jeremy in the finance office to sign the papers. Jeremy was great (always with a big smile). He did not push any services but explained options so I could be well informed before making the best choices for warranty or service packages. I would certainly buy from this team again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a powersport vehicle. As a fun side note – I did take the Ranger over to my friend’s property (the same day I bought it) and we “tested” its capabilities in the tall grass and hills, but my friend went in too deep into the mud and I had to use my strong winch to help pull him out. It’s only new for a day, then let’s just...
