Dollar General — Local services in Pine Island

I’m the daughter of one of the coworkers here, and cause my mom has had problems with meryla? She’s got red or whatever color lipstick on every day, very rude service. I was just a normal customer as well as my mother, she was treating her as if she was “stealing” and staring very rudely. Then continuing to be rude to another customer, my friend and shoved the receipt in his hand, then drops it on the floor, but she’ll treat the next customer with respect. Not friendly what so ever. Everybody else, never had a problem besides the one girl. I hope they get a better employee or this place gonna lose customers as well as employees.. sad that the management not doing anything but ignoring it, this isn’t my first incident with here at dollar general. This poor store needs serious help. Had to be at least 15 carts needed to be unloaded. The shelves we so close together. It was cramped to say the least. The staff was extremely helpful as my first time using the app. It was a really busy place. Which kind of made me sad because the people of the town that shop there deserve better shopping experience. Wheelchair users are not able to have access! That's a violation of ADA! Horrible service! I went today [Saturday] when there was 5 off 25 and 10 off 40 going on. The older lady at the register was not only rude to me but to a family of a different race. She refused to let then go to the bathroom because she thought they were going to steal and she made it known to every one even after that family had left. I needed a refund on something and she didn't even know how to do it and then got snippy at me because she didn't know how to do her job. Don't go to this one on Saturdays for sure if she is...
