
I came to Bay Area Sports Performance and Fitness as a mere mortal, complete with a dad bod and an unwavering love for potato chips. Fast forward a few months, and now Iām basically a Greek godāif the Greeks had invented CrossFit and smoothies.
The trainers here are like fitness wizards, casting spells of motivation, inspiration, and just the right amount of sarcasm to keep you pushing through that last set. Seriously, I didnāt know muscles like these existed, and Iām pretty sure they didnāt until I met the crew here. Now, Iāve got muscles in places I didnāt even know muscles could grow. My confidence is through the roof, and my pants size is dropping faster than my excuses not to work out.
And letās talk about the workoutsātheyāre like a rollercoaster of sweat and endorphins. Youāll laugh, youāll cry, youāll question your life choices, but by the end, youāll feel like you can lift a car (please donāt try, though).

All the instructors at Bay Area Sports are very knowledgeable and have helped me get stronger throughout my recovery. My shoulder is now pain free.
I decided to stay with them because the training is so good.
My current trainer, Mev, is fantastic. He provides a targeted program to help me achieve my goals. He is on point with correcting my form and adjusting the weight to prevent injury. The workouts are always challenging and interesting. I have made consistent improvements since starting here.
I always look forward to coming into the gym and working hard. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive.
