Bargain Box — Local services in Pineville

These folks are amazing to say the least. We purchased a new speed Queen dryer and I hooked it up and it ran but didn't get hot. I called Alex and he told me to call the other store ( Trotters) which I did and Collen was at my house within 15 minutes . He found out the outlet was bad. He checked several things and was here for a while and didn't charge me anything even though the problem wasn't with the dryer. They have good deals on pre-owned appliances and they stand behind it. This is NOT one of those fly by night junk stores. I recommend them highly. There are still good, honest and down to earth business people in the world and the Trotters are some of those people. I very highly recommend them, Trotters in Alexandria and the Bargain box in Pineville. I installed a new outlet and now it works great. We'll be buying all of our appliances from them...

My husband and I just purchased a new refrigerator and stove from Bargain Box (Pineville location). Doug was the one helping us, he was so knowledgeable, kind and answered every question we had. The other salesman in the store was also super friendly. Happy we made our purchase from them. Shopping local is always the best route, you can’t beat the customer service....
