A friend suggested that I contact Junkluggers when I found out how difficult it is to donate used furniture. I originally planned to set thing on the curb and hope that someone who could use it would take it, but then the forecast for periodic rain made it clear that that was not a great idea. And in the end, I would have to pay my usual garbage company to take the stuff away. I was hopeful that Junkluggers would follow through and donate the furniture that is still useful to those who need it. They scheduled the service quickly, came when they said, took the pieces away without any difficulty, and promised to donate what they could. We have used this service before and it was great and pleasant. We recommended Junkluggers to our neighbor who needed just a few items removed.

We were home when Junkluggers arrived earlier today. She told us she was originally quoted $140 plus tax fo four small items. When Junkluggers arrived today she was quoted $300 instead. Is this a new bait and switch technique? Reading other one star reviews, it seems this happens often.

She is a senior citizen and was upset at the quote. Then one of the employees named S* said she was acting crazy. We heard him say it. This is how your employees treat paying customers? So rude and disrespectful. I'm so disgusted by this I will never use or recommend...

Recently moved to a new home. Whenever you move you realize just home much junk you have acquired through the years. I called Junkluggers and they were able to make an appointment right away to meet my schedule. Eoghan and Sean were the two gentlemen that came to my home. They were courteous and professional. I had all the junk I wanted to throw out in the driveway and next to my front fence. They worked efficiently and have everything cleared out in less than 2 hours. Really nice guys. I will ask for/request for them by name next time I need Junkluggers.
