Purchased a Printronix LP654C through this seller and received a unit that was completely non-functional. Only prints garbled, unreadable pages, even its built-in configuration page is corrupted, meaning it has serious internal hardware faults. After extensive troubleshooting, including driver updates, printer resets, and testing on multiple networks, it is clear the printer is broken and requires repair.

The seller has refused to respond to messages requesting support or a refund, leaving me with an expensive, unusable printer. Very disappointed in both the product and the lack of any follow-up or accountability from the seller. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller if you expect any sort of working product or basic customer service.
